Terms of use for fpno.ru.
1. General
These Terms govern the use of fpno.ru (the Site). Site owner: Общественная организация «Федерация пауэрлифтинга Новгородской области». By using the Site you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides access to federation information: competition calendar, results, rankings and records, registries of athletes, judges and coaches, and entry submission services for authorised users.
3. Accounts
Management sections are available to authorised federation representatives. Users must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for actions performed under their account.
4. Use of materials
Site materials may be used for non-commercial purposes with attribution unless stated otherwise. Official competition protocols and rank assignment orders are public official documents.
5. Liability
The Site is provided as is. The Operator takes reasonable measures to keep information accurate and the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Approved competition protocols are the official source of results.
6. Changes
The Site owner may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
